Have you configured the RHSM download plugin?
@MattMangan yes, it is already configured and almost 500+ servers patching we have done with the same method. We executed the baseline on 500+ machine but on that particular machine we are getting this error.
My initial thought is that you may need to run the rpm-gpg-key import task against this machine. If you do that, and the issue persists, I would suggest opening a case with support.
