Linux Patch Management Not Functioning?

Hello,

We are trying to patch our Linux boxes using the BES Console v7.0 and BigFix is reporting correct patches that need to be applied to the servers. When we attempt to take the default action to deploy them they come back with a “patch is not relevant” error. If we connect to the box in question and manually use YUM to issue an update, there are multiple patches, including the one we tried to push through bigfix that needs to be applied.

Can someone please tell me if they have any experience with this issue?

This if for a single Fixlet? That is strange… It would be best to contact support and have someone look at it with you.
