Linux: Check what ILMT version we're on

Hi,

How do i find out what version of ILMT we’re running on our Linux server?

I’ve had a rummage around but can’t find anything.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,
Andrew

Hi,

(Assuming ILMT v9).
I would say the best way is just to look up the version in the webUI - in the upper right corner there is a (?) icon with with dropdown. Select About item to display details.
Alternatively, you can look up name of .swidtag file(s) in server installation dir/iso-swid directory.

Hi LukaszJ,

Thank you for the reply.

hmm that’s strange then. Going by what you’ve said, the server version is 9.2.1.0 and the console version is 9.2.7.53.

Thanks,
Andrew

Hi,

This is possible. Please mind, that there are a couple of components coming into play: ILMT server, BigFix server, BigFix console. ILMT server version usually does not match neither BigFix server version nor BigFix console version.
Fe I have ILMT server ibm.com_IBM_License_Metric_Tool_-_Server-9.2.3.0.swidtag connected to 9.0 BigFix server and console.
