For what it’s worth - I found out today that the License Counting Process is not working any longer, primarily due to the change in prefix values from ibm.com_IBM_BigFix_ to hcltechsw.com-BigFix_…
There are also issues with the construction of the names of the old swidtag files to delete. The version suffix -10.0.0.swidtag gets appended to the *9.5.0.swidtag files in BES Client\swidtag.
It would be useful to have a cleanup and reset task, along with corrected and updated content that that better addresses the transition from v9.5 to v10.0.
I’m not sure who at HCL owns this…
