We are currently in process of upgrading our computer models and I have a strange issue with T570.

This happens when the laptop is first entering desktop. Computer installation stops at this moment and will only boot the computer without adding it to domain if I click any of the buttons. Otherwise it just stays there.
No other model is showing this window. I’m using 1703 ent x64 win10 image and I also tested this with 1607 image. Both had the same issue. Yoga 370 and T470p are working normally with the 1703 image. I asked another T570 laptop but that had the exact same problem.
I am installing with UEFI, CSM turned to “No” and secure boot disabled during installation (enables itself after normal installation)
Installation stops at 73% on the relay target monitor.
Any ideas? What logs should I check and where can I find them?
