Windows error code 1158 is ERROR_NO_MORE_USER_HANDLES
The current process has used all of its system allowance of handles for Window Manager objects.
This means the app was unable to create a window. Since there have been no changes to the window creation behavior of the installer, this suggests that either the download was corrupted or your system has run out of handles. Please re-download the installer and see if it is the same size. If the new download still doesn’t work, you could check if an installer for a different program works. If the problem is depletion of Window Manager handles, restarting Windows may solve the issue.

Even though I had downloaded the file two or different times last night, I did it again this morning and the install ran correctly! So I’m all set.
