Keep getting deadlocks on WebReports Database after version 8.0

We keep getting the following error about every night on our WebReports server after ugprading to version 8.0 which makes web reports unavailable to us.

2010-10-26 03:14:07: Background thread threw exception: Database Error: A database transaction encountered a deadlock and has been terminated.

Hmmm… This error is a SQL Server error that indicates that the server couldn’t handle simultaneous queries… do you have a backup running at this time by any chance?

Could very well be the case let me check with our SQL team that runs the database.
