Hi All,
Anyone facing the issue that cannot found KB931125 Update for Root Certificates for Windows at the new release patches?
I had found this patch had release in August but cannot found in the system.

Can anyone please advice and help me?
Or anyone here facing the same issue with me? Any solution regarding this?

KB931125 is neither a Security Update nor a Critical non-security update. If you need the patch urgent, the best way is to file a request to IEM support.

Thanks for your prompt.
But I had no idea how to do a do a service request to IEM support.
The step like so complicated.
Till now I also cannot get respond form them.
It is any way to get a support from them?
Any experience maybe can share with me?

When I did it, I recall needing an account at http://support.ibm.com and then needing it linked to our Passport Account that TEM was purchased under.
This actually required the ‘permission’ of our internal IBM Account Manager, so it took a little time to get setup since we had to track them down.
