KB5002705 (SharePoint SE) not reporting relevant

Hello, I currently have a customer stating that update 5002705 is not reporting relevant to his server with SharePoint Server Subscription Edition installed. Indeed BigFix reports zero servers needing this update. Could there possibly be a relevance issue with the update? Still investigating, but this will be a big issue for me if BigFix doesn’t pick up on it.

WSUS does report this update being needed by his server. But using WSUS to update manually is not the desired solution, BigFix is.

Have you used QnA on that endpoint to run each relevance statement to see which one is returning false?

No. All I know is that it is relevant and installable via WSUS, but not BigFix.

Ok I’d have to ask for you to open a support incident on it, the support team can help you walk through why your system is giving a false-negative and then we can correct the Fixlet.
