KB4486553 Superintendence incorrect?

Can someone confirm that KB4486553 is not actually superseded by MS? Its superseded in Bigfix but machines I check are still showing it needing in Windows update and everywhere I look on the web shows it not superseded.

Sometimes the MS catalog can be inaccurate as well.

The Windows 10 1809 and Windows Server 2019 .NET updates are defined to be cumulative, meaning the latest should supersede all prior ones.

The latest .NET cumulative for Win10 1809 and Win Server 2019 is KB4489192.

I tried installing KB4486553 after KB4489192 was installed and the system rejected KB4486553 so in practice, it appears that this is aligning with the MS .NET cumulative model for Win10/Win2019.

Are you seeing something different? Are your systems able to apply KB4486553 after KB4489192 is installed?
