KB4462923 (x64) fails with exit code -2147205120

Hi Team,
On server we are having Visual studio 2015 but below patch is showing as relevant on server so we tried to install
MS18-APR: Update for Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Update 5 - Visual Studio 2013 - KB4089283

We have installed the patch KB4462923 on server and it got failed with the exitcode -2147205120.
Does any one faced the similar type of issue?

Sounds like it could be a false positive. Best to open a ticket so the team can collect any pertinent data and investigate.
