I’m not seeing Windows KB5034441 as an available fixlet for January 2024 Microsoft patches. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a known problem with the patch that is causing HCL not to release it?
That KB is currently not available in the Microsoft Catalog or WSUS; for now it’s delivered only through Windows Update.
I expect Microsoft will probably add it to the catalog at a later time?
But as of now there is no usable download/offline installer that we can leverage.

MS seems to be delivering some patches via Windows Update only now. We’re already looking into this and should have a response very soon.

@Goldie925, Please note that Patches for Windows site version 4320 has just been released and it contains this patch among the other Windows RE patches released in January 2024. At the request of various customers, we’ve made these patches available despite the fact that they are not in the Windows Update Catalog (they were only available by way of Windows Update). Please note that Microsoft has stated that these patches may fail to install for reasons documented in the Microsoft articles listed below. They have also stated “We are working on a resolution and will provide an update in an upcoming release.”
