Hi guys…We just purchased bigfix and I installed the server and a few clients. I’m seeing tasks and fixlets for BES support but none for Microsoft. Is there something special that needs to be done to enable windows patches to be downloaded?

If this is a new instance, you’ll want to enable the sites of interest from the License Overview Dashboard, then be sure to subscribe computers to the sites as well.
