It seems that you are leveraging a much older version of the CLI vs. the current database version. You should be able to get a newer version of the CLI from the BigFix Server, or from the release page for the version in question (which appears to be 9.5.10 based on the database version of 9.72):

Additionally you may need to apply the “Updated Windows Platform API - IBM BigFix version X” to match your server deployment. The fixlets are in the “BES Support” site.
