I don’t know if this is the right place for the following request: Please update the iTunes fixlet. Thanks

iTunes version 12.12.0.6 only works on English-language Windows, crashes on start up when Windows UI is in a different language
The problem has been fixed in the current iTunes release (12.12.1.1).

I don’t know if it will be updated but if I were you, I would make a copy of the current fixlet and modify it to run the installer for the new version.

You should probably open a support incident to ask for a content update.
I’ve been searching around a bit and have not located an iTunes download newer than 12.11.3.17. I don’t know much detail on iTunes - are the newer versions perhaps Windows Store-only?
