Hello,

I recently have the following issue with my BES report, which is that no infos are currently displayed, for example when trying to create an ‘All Computers’ report i have the following message displayed:‘0 computers found’.

Please note that this issue is the same for all existing and created reports, can anyone help with troubleshooting this?

I am currently using V7.2.5.22

Hi Marie,

Check in your web reports settings and make sure that your database is not disabled… In 7.2, there was an issue where sometimes if the database was stopped temporarily the web reports would disable getting more data it if it couldn’t connect.

Thanks for the info!

It seems that the database was disabled as for some reason i had to disconnect the server many times last week!

All is working now, thanks again for the notice…

Hi again,

I also have issue with the “BigFix Session Relevance Tester”, this tool used to work however it now give me the below error :‘The request failed with HTTP status 400:Bad Request.’

How can i proceed? is this due to the database disabled issue?

Marie,

There is a version that causes error if you have a trailing slash behind the web reports URL.

What version of the Session Relevance Tester are you using.

Also, are you using HTTPS?

Hi Lee, sorry for the late response!

I downloaded and installed the new version 7.2.1.357 of Session Relevance Tester and i have the same error.

WebReports Server URL i am using :http://x.x.x.x:52312/ where x.x.x.x is the webreport ip address

i don’t use HTTPS!
