Issue in Setting up Bescilent.Config file on AIX 7.2 Server

Hello All,

I have one server (AIX 7.2) that we are facing issue when setting up the relay for it to report to.

We stop the client and add/replace the config for the __RelayServer1 value but after the client is started again the config file is overwritten with default settings.

And in logs file i see it is reporting to default Relay server due to which communications to Bigfix root server.

Please suggest what need to be corrected!!

Can you do it from the console (edit computer settings) ?

Default Relay Server which are mentioned in Config file, For that port are not opened, Hence we are changing the Relay name in Config file but after starting the Service, Relay it is getting change to .default values

Are you setting the values correctly.

[Software\BigFix\EnterpriseClient\Settings\Client__RelaySelect_Automatic]
value = 0
effective date =

[Software\BigFix\EnterpriseClient\Settings\Client__RelayServer1]
value = RelayServer1
effective date =

[Software\BigFix\EnterpriseClient\Settings\Client__RelayServer2]
value = "RelayServer2
effective date =

If there is any other config file in the same location, move it somewhere else.
