Issue Bigfix seat count extended

Hi,

Currently I have extended my seat count of bigfix from license center,
On my license overview dashboard I have " site certificate update detected" as shown below

Now i propagate update license to clients by providing my license.pvk file and password on administration tool of bigfix.
It shows a prompt of license and masthead have been updated.

I have checked the actionsite.afxm on server by going to the C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Server\ActionSite.afxm

and verify this on client side C:\Program Files (x86)\BigFix Enterprise\BES Client__BESData\actionsite\ActionSite.afxm

Timestamp of actionsite file shows that the file is recently updated.

but when i open it, it shows
LicenseAllocation: 999999

My question is how can i able to verify the total license count I recently have ?

Please can onyone suggest a solution of this, as license overview dashboard is not showing any count.

Hi @usman

Normally you should have a count if you go to “BigFix Management” and then " License Overview":

And then scroll down for every specific module

Another option is to logon on https://tem.subscribenet.com/ (if you have an account) and check there.

@steini44 my license overview dashboard is not showing “Licensed for” as shown below

Although on visiting https://tem.subscribenet.com/ it shows the updated count.

But i need way to verify it on server side either by using analysis, or by using sql or by viewing any file.

Depending on the license type, currently, the count may or may not appear in the License Overview dashboard. This is something we are working to address.

Ok thank you. But currently is there any option from which I can be able to prove the license update except by going to the license portal.
Actionsite.afxm also showing the license allocation of 99999.
I want to show my management that the count have been extended in bigfix.

If any option or database query to whom I can extract a count would be feasible enough.
