There has been new content released 10/16 and 10/18, but no the bigfix-announcements list hasn’t had any posts since 10/15. Is the moderator queue stuck or something?

As of this writing, the most recent post is:
Fixlet Site - ‘Patches for Windows (English)’

I wouldn’t normally comment on so small a coverage gap, but I was checking email all weekend for Flash Player 19.0.0.226 updates. Only this morning, after checking the inventory directly, did I find out they’re already here. (Yay!)
Nope, I’ve been emails all week including two that were just sent tonight.
Curious. The archive still shows the most recent as of 10/15.
Anyone else?

Turns out the list is hosted at IBM’s SoftLayer business, which is known to be excessively spammy. See Krebs’ article, “IBM Runs World’s Worst Spam-Hosting ISP?”
SoftLayer’s reputation here isn’t theoretical. This campus blocks over 300,000+ spam messages daily from SoftLayer. A particular spammer gets a new VPS and network range each day, then spams for a while. As I type this we’ve blocked over 56,000 today from a new /16. Due to this real-world impact, our administrators recently blocked all of SoftLayer.
Thus, we can no longer receive postings from the bigmail.bigfix.com mailing lists.
(They put in an exception for me. But IBM has a self-created problem here.)
