Hey hdwivedi,
The laptop property is based on WMI, which won’t work on Redhat as you noted. I don’t know of a way to determine if Redhat computers are laptops. If you can help me find a way to detect it is a laptop by looking at a file or rpm setting or by running a shell script, I can help you make a property to report this information in BES.
