Our ServiceNow folks have been asking for different properties for Servers than for Workstations/Laptops/Desktops.
Is it possible to have two different import processes so that different properties are involved for different computers?
Short answer: it is possible, yes! You can define multiple dataflows, with different properties, and include different filters to be able to define device scope. I can follow up with examples if it would help…
Examples would help, but no big rush, at this point, I’m waiting for our ServiceNow folks to get back to me so we can create a Story in order to get this process started.
