I want inventory of yahoo messenger installed on bigfix clients.

I want to known how many desktops are with yahoo messenger and how many do not have so is there any procedure to get this details.

Please let me know.

Hi Sanjay,

Are you using the BigFix “SANS Top Vunerabilities for Windows” Fixlet site? If so, you should have an Analysis that is called:

“C04: Instant Messaging - Instant Messaging Applications Detection”

Activate this Analysis and it will tell you which computers have AIM, MSN, ICQ, Windows Messenger, and Yahoo Messenger and what versions of each are installed.
