When I review the Bigfix Inventory list, I observe that many machines are marked as “<not reported>”. I’m curious to know the possible causes for this and whether these machines are currently active? My primary concern is whether these machines should be counted towards license consumption or not.
“Not Reported” generally applies to an individual property or result for a single action. It may be you have a property in you list for which the computer is not relevant at all - i.e. an analysis filtered for Linux machines will always show “Not Reported” on a Windows machine.
Check the “Last Report Time” property on the computers to see whether they’re online & reporting.
