Inventory Last Scan Import <no data>

Hi to all,

We have configuring the Inventory module, but there are several computers that are not reporting data.
We have done the following procedure:

  1. Install/Upgrade BigFix Agent to latest version
  2. Upload the lastest catalog
  3. Create groups to run scan inventory

When we check the Inventory Portal, we see the print screen bellow.

What kind o troubleshoot can we do?

Our version of BigFix is 9.5.13
Our version of BigFix is 9.2.11

Have you setup the scan tasks from BigFix console or from BFI? If from BigFix Console, make sure all the tasks mentioned in this link are setup and are running successfully.
