Hi to all,
We have configuring the Inventory module, but there are several computers that are not reporting data.
We have done the following procedure:
- Install/Upgrade BigFix Agent to latest version
- Upload the lastest catalog
- Create groups to run scan inventory
When we check the Inventory Portal, we see the print screen bellow.
What kind o troubleshoot can we do?
Our version of BigFix is 9.5.13
Our version of BigFix is 9.2.11
