when i run software scan and check inventory review i find computers discovered in last 2 weeks =0 everytime and doesn’t change as shown in screenshot attached
could any one help ?
Hello,
When you are in the report and click on “Configure View”, it will show the filter being used for the report. This report is for any new computers that were discovered in the last 2 weeks, indicating any new computers that are added to BigFix.
If you are looking for Software information, check Reports -> Software Installations or any other saved reports from Reports -> Saved Reports
