Anyone that has upgraded to patch 8 experiencing a failure of data to be uploaded to the platform server?
Patch 7 was fine.
We see this on the https://your.inventory.url.com/sam page
Alarming numbers of machines that fail to send their data up.
We’re brand new to Inventory, and we went to production on v11.0.8. We did use ILMT for 1 year, so I have related experience.
I am not seeing a large problem, and the device count is about what I expect to see for devices not yet migrated fully to Inventory (most of these have the ILMT scanner still, not onboarded to HCL Scanner, and so scan not yet of course ran).
That said, I am pretty confident I have some failures but nothing all that high.
Also thanks for sharing the Healthcheck page. This is helpful… I have also been using Analysis to find some of this, but this is a better view.
Unfortunately, I have lost fingers counting how many BFI upgrades that took a dirt nap.
