Interoperability with existing product toolsets

We are a new MSP provider with a toolbox of single purpose tools, like most IT companies without a unified management platform.

What I am wanting to understand is the interoperability / benefit of Bigfix working with:

  • Microsoft SCOM (System Center Operations Manager)
  • Cortex provisioning for delivering SaaS. Cortex is a comprehensive platform that enables the delivery of hosted applications and services. How can Bigfix benefit from this or vice versa?

Can someone assist?
