Integration with SYSAid

Good Day All

I was wondering if anyone has Integrated BigFix with the SysAid system yet?

Cant seem to find much on it from Bigfix Side.

Used Sysaid a long time ago, curiously, what are you trying to do?

Hey Jared ,

It’s more what we as Bigfix can do for SysAid, so let me put it to you this way, if a user logs a call, we are possibly looking at SysAid pulling info from Bigfix.

Take a look at the Rest API links at https://developer.bigfix.com/. That should give you an idea of the information you can pull via the API.

Thank you for this, it more around what the SysAid can pull from Bigfix, spending some time with SysAid it seems it needs much more than a password and access and Shema files to pull data
