Integrating oracle databases security with TEM

Hi ,

I am Oracle DBA, One of our client want to integrate oracle databases security compliance with TEM for 1500 databases.

  1. TEM doesn’t have any plugin to log in the oracle database.

  2. all fixlets are executed as root not as oracle user. because TEM agent has to run through root user for monitoring OS /SYstem but we need my fixlets or shell scripts should be executed through oracle user. can it be possible to execute a fixlet/action through non-root user in my environment.

3 We have to create fixlets for 306 conditions for executing on each server ? Is there any IBM standarised Security compliance fixlet available for Oracle databases.

  1. TEM or TSCM ? which tool will be able to cater my requirements?

  2. How to conver TSCM policies to TEM compatible files? As I just got some jar files TSCm policies.

Please suggest.
