I am trying to install BESClient version 9.5.3.211 using setup file and masthead file but encountering an error “The wizard was interrupted bifire IBM Bigfix client could be completely installed”. I removed the Bigfix client using removal tool. Please suggest on this issue.

Just to double check what you mean…
Did you install the Agent via the EXE file or via the console / agent deploy tool?
When you removed the install, did you use the BESRemove application?
Which operating system and architecture are you using?
I am using EXE to install Bigfix client.
I used BES remove exe to remove the BES client.
Architecture would be Win2008 6.0.6002.
Are you installing to the default location or another location?
I am installing it to a default location.
Go to registry -> Search BigFix client -> remove all the entries -> Reboot Server -> Try again.

Definitely agreeing with Manish on the solution. You should head out to registry and try to reboot all the entries. I was facing the issue and fixed it with a similar solution on FinancePolice.
