Installed site - "BES inventory and license" - continuous message

Hi,

I have installed the site “BES inventory and license”.

When i start the console it is now showing the message “waiting for server to begin gather of BES inventory and license”. It has been sitting like this for about a week now!

Any ideas what it is doing? Is the installed site working properly?

Hi matthew,

This will happen if your BES Server can’t connect to the Internet (usually a proxy issue). Can you open your BES Diagnostics on the BES Server and see if your server can reach the Internet?

I would start a support ticket and they can identify where the problem is…
