Installed Application lIst not showing Properly (BigFix 9.5)

Good day,

Installed Application list not showing Properly in Bigfix 9.5 version.

Previously every thing was working fine, but after bigfix server migration details of installed application list is showing like this, as shown in image.

You might be looking for the information from analysis “Application Information (Windows)” from the “BES Inventory and License” site. You may need to activate that Analysis and subscribe to the site if you haven’t already.

The result you’re citing appears to be the correct results from “Installed Windows Applications” in the “IBM BigFix Inventory v9” site. The results are formatted that way in order to be correctly used in the Inventory data imports.

Analysis & subscription has already been done. Few days back it was showing properly name of installed software.

We have to extract installed software report, which we were using previously.

@JasonWalker is right. You need the Analysis called “Application Information (Windows)” from the BES Inventory and License site. It includes a property called “Installed Applications - Windows”, which lists the installed applications in plain text, rather than the XML-like data used by BigFix Inventory.

@JasonWalker & @itsmpro92 you both are right, but we only have patch management license. Previously using this licence we were able to extract basic application report.
