Install or Upgrade Scanner task non-relevant issue

Hello

I want to get installed software information and used it in IBM ILMT(License Metric Tool). To do this, I followed Manuel scan configuration file which you can find below.

However, I activated analysis then I can not move forward to the second step. Because Install or Upgrade Scanner task shows me it is non-relevant content and there is no applicable computer for this task.

How can I change it status to relevant and add my computers to applicable computers side?

Are your computers subscribed to the License Metric Tool site? Click the Site in the console, and check the ‘Computer Subscriptions’ tab

Yes, the server is in subscribed groups.

There could be few reasons for the task to be non-relevant. It could be space issue, missing library or a incomplete install of a previous scanner. The task has few relevance statements to check these.

To find out which relevance is returning false, follow the steps from this link to check the “Install or upgrade Scanner” task.

You could also use Fixlet ID 15: Analyze the Relevance of a Fixlet or Task (9.2.xx.0) to create an analysis which will show the specific Relevance clause (or clauses) that evaluate as False.
