Hi, the Dasboard Patch for Windows Overview shows two item: Total Patch needded and All

Relevant Patch. Which are the differences between these items? In attachment.

Patches needed = total number of critical+important+moderate+low+unclassified patches for all BES clients

All patches under the heading Number of Relevant patches = There are 368 updates relevant to your environment. Of that 368 updates, 120 of them are critical.

Hi dynamoto, patches nedded are also relevant patches for all BES Clients, but also “All patch” are relevant patches. I don’t understand the difference… why do you speak of updates for “All patch”? Thanks for the answer.

Let’s say for example you have 10 computers in BigFix and they all require 1 patch.

The number of relevant patches = 1

The number of total patches needed = 10
