Inconsistencies between console and webreports

Hello,

When I look in the console under OS Type I see 1715 computers list as server. 1695 are Windows. In Webreports when I applies the filter OS Type Filter I only get 1315 computers. Not sure where the rest of them are. Any ideas?

Hey pschwartz,

It is possible there is a cache corruption somewhere. You might try to clear your web reports cache and BES Console cache and see if that helps.
