Important BigFix WebUI update - RHEL 6 and Windows 2008 R2 to no longer be available as WebUI operating systems

An upcoming release of BigFix WebUI will no longer function on RHEL 6 and Windows Server 2008 R2 (WebUI Server component).
The Node.js library that the WebUI server leverages is being upgraded to stay current with support and security vulnerabilities. Current outlook for the delivery of this update is end of April 2021.
As a result, any BigFix WebUI server component installed on RHEL 6 and Windows Server 2008 R2 operating systems will stop working after gathering the WebUI sites update, if automatic updates are enabled.
This will affect you if the computer hosting the BigFix WebUI server runs on RHEL 6 or Windows Server 2008 R2, regardless if it the same computer hosting BES Root Server, or a different computer.
The mentioned operating systems are currently supported as WebUI server only within BigFix 9.5 deployments.

To address this situation, the WebUI Server must be moved to a computer running a newer operating system: RHEL 7 if your BigFix deployment is on RHEL; Windows Server 2012, 2012 R2, 2016 or 2019 if your BigFix deployment is on Windows.
In order to do so, we are here providing a list of steps to be followed:

In case you are unable to complete the steps above by 04/30, to allow WebUI to temporarily continue to work after that date, and only until the process is completed, you can disable WebUI automatic updates. In order to do so, you have to:
