We are imaging machine with the profile where we have pick some custom options (OU, Work group, Domain etc.), can we execute one power shell script with the imaging , PS file should be part of the imaging ?

the deployments does not include the possibility to add custom actions post deployment in the deployment action itself, but you can concatenate an action to the completion of the deployment, leveraging on client settings applied at deployment time, to trigger the post deployment action.
