ILMT VM Manager Invalid Credentials

Hi

I have issue with my ILMT VM manager showing Invalid Credentials - suspended.
after follow the suggested solution ( Ensure that thevmm_communication_locked property is set to false in the corresponding vmmconf_*.properties file ), it does NOT help. the VM still missing.
i have check the VM and the credential is fine. and manual type many times to double confirm.

any other possible solution for this issue??

Please check if credentials are valid.
If that does not help create a PMR.

Hi Andrej,

i managed to resolve assisted by IBM forum pro. Tomas. below fix it during troubleshooting

-stop first, then -runonce, finally -start again (to restore the service).
