I am trying to upgrade ILMT from v9.2.35.0 to v9.2.36.1 in windows server.
When I tried to do it by fixlet , I got an exit code 28(The upgrading scenario is not supported.
It failed only here in action info.
Failed exit {parameter “RETCODE” as integer}
Should I try interactive mode ?
After the upgrade failure, I didn’t rollback anything. I just started the ilmt services? It’s running. Is that OK?

Is the database local to ILMT server or remote? How were the previous upgrades run?
Check the upgrade log files to see if there is more information about the error. The upgrade log files location can be found in this link
If the application file system changes were not made by the failed upgrade, then try manual upgrade.
Follow the backup process to create a backup of application and database prior to the upgrade.
