ILMT upgrade from 9.2.24 to 9.2.36

Pls share the steps for upgrading ILMT from 9.2.24 to 9.2.32.

I currently have:
ILMT: 9.2.24
BigFix: 10

To upgrade from ILMT 9.2.24 to 9.2.32 (why 9.2.32? 9.2.36 is the latest), an intermediate upgrade will need to be performed. Please refer to the following link for more details.
