ILMT support options

Hi all!

My understanding is that ILMT support has migrated to a community support model where you first publish you question to the Developer Answer forum, and then if escalation is required you get an assigned PMR.

Is this correct? I have used this in the past but now I have gone nearly 2 weeks without a response on the community forums and IBM Software Support said they can’t give me a PMR and directed me back to Dev Answers.

Yes, this is current approach for LMT support.
There was some technical issue and your post was not visible to support team.

Your post is now assigned to support engineer. You should get an answer soon.
