Hello everyone,
I cannot perform the task Install or Upgrade Scanner on my BESClient. Once I try, I get the following error for some files (for example bzip2) : Download error: "HTTP Error 6: Couldn’t resolve host name: Couldn’t resolve host ‘software.bigfix.com’"
I suppose it is a problem of proxy but I don’t understand how I can configure it. I tried via adding new settings on the machine (as it is described here but I continue to have the error.
Do you know how I can solve this problem?
For your information all of our machine (BESserver and client) are Linux.

The ILMT installer is hosted on software.bigfix.com.
Your network may not be properly resolving DNS when you try to access software.bigfix.com.
Running an nslookup on software.bigfix.com shows the following IP addresses:
Replace the hostname in the download URL with one of these IP addresses.
The download URL is located in the Details section of the download fixlet on the ILMT site within the console:
You could change the action on the fly, or your may just want to manually download the installer using this URL via the browser on your server machine.

Thanks for your response. I tried by replacing the hostname but it didn’t work.
In fact it was what I tough, a proxy issue. The connection to bigfix was unauthorized. I just asked to the allow the connection and now it works as expected.
