We have IEM 9.1.1117.o on Test & Production. We found issue on both application server, “Solaris Patch Rollback Wizard” and “Solaris Package Deployment Wizard” are not opening.
I have seen all other wizards/dashboard are showing the contents, but having problem with these two wizard.
I have cleared the cache, but issue still reside. I have also enable the console logs as per KB.
This sounds like what I am experiencing. When I try to open the Solaris Patch Deployment (SPD)Wizard, it shows Loading… a couple of seconds latter, it redisplays Loading… in a slightly smaller font…
After that, nothing is displayed.
For the Rollback Wizard, a Green bar is drawn across the top of the right pane, and then nothing else is displayed.
This is what shows up in the Debug Dialog when I attempt to start the SPD Wizard:

The only thing that I can think of that changed from when it was working for me, to when it stopped working for me was the Installation of IE 11. I am able to access the Wizard on another person’s machine using my login. When another person tries to access the wizard oon my machine, it has the same problem as I am describing.
If you are using IE 11 on your desktop/laptop, see if there is a machine that is not using IE 11 and try to access the SPD Wizard.
Thanks for your response.
We have captured the issue. I have enabled the Console logs and found the error message.

When you mention Console Logs, are you referring to the Debug Dialog, or are you looking at some other logs? I checked Adobe Flash Player, and I have 16.0.0.296 installed.
