For me, I supply email address and then next and I get screen shot I provided.

I opened a case (CS0264347), alerted our TAM, alerted our client advocate and still nothing.
We are looking into this.
For what it’s worth, I’m not seeing this behavior myself at least.
As note, I’m able to successfully connect to https://bigfix-ideas.hcltechsw.com/ideas
Just tried again, same thing.
Parts of the logon DB must have got whacked.
Even without entering a user ID, I still get the same screen as @jbruns2017

I took that route and the person responded and said they have nothing to do with HCL.
We are looking in to it
