IDEAs being marked "Private"

I have a customer who has entered an IDEA in the BIgFix Ideas Portal.
When I search for it, or enter the URL, it is not found.
It appears that when he creates IDEAs they get marked as “Private” and he can’t find a way to change that.
What determines whether an IDEA is “Private” or not, and can it be changed, once created?

I’ve encountered this as well. Not sure how we can vote on private ideas. :confused:

Pretty sure you can’t.
I don’t even see the point of a “Private” IDEA?

As a follow-up to this thread, we since configured the Ideas portal to mark submissions as ‘public’ by default. Please let us know if you continue to encounter this scenario.
