I have a customer who has entered an IDEA in the BIgFix Ideas Portal.
When I search for it, or enter the URL, it is not found.
It appears that when he creates IDEAs they get marked as “Private” and he can’t find a way to change that.
What determines whether an IDEA is “Private” or not, and can it be changed, once created?
As a follow-up to this thread, we since configured the Ideas portal to mark submissions as ‘public’ by default. Please let us know if you continue to encounter this scenario.
