When trying to install this to one of the top level relays it returns a status of and shows the following in the results.
I’ve tried various times with entering hostname, IP address, FQDN all with same results. Is there any other log information available?
Does the registry key exist for BES WebUI? Also…is there any web server running on that top level relay?
I think I know the issue… the infamous UNC path. My Relay servers cache is installed to a UNC path. So a UNC path is listed for the keys EnterpriseServerFolder and wwwRootFolder. I’m sure this Fixlet doesn’t work with UNC. Let me try to another system.
