Can you please advise what “Pending” means on the IBM Software Classification when you first log in to Big Fix
“Pending” means you haven’t Confirmed the IBM software component assignment to its parent product in the Software Classification report.
This is an action a SAM must take - see Software classification
FYI - If you hover over the Pending hyperlink it shows something like this:
