IBM sites sync issues

Hi,
Now i am getting IBM sites sync issues, though there is no firewall / proxy in between , please help

Try setting this on the root server: https://github.com/jgstew/bigfix-content/blob/master/fixlet/clientsettings/Set%20__BESGather_Use_Https_%20to%20_1_%20-%20Root%20Server.bes

Also, try rebooting the root server.

If that doesn’t work, open a PMR with IBM Support.
