Ibm sas hdds showing block state

I am worried for matter i have few many hdds I bought Below model

MK3001GRRR

ST9900805SS

Now they both models are showing red light on hp server and when we trying to access through RAID Controller it is showing below status

DC Vendor IBM-SSG State : Blocked

Now what is the way to unblocked them as we using them on HP G6,G7 servers .

Need help !!!

What storage controller are you using on the HP servers?

H310 Controller even we trying to run directly not even showing detection only RED- light showing but with controller showing Block state.
