Hi Mates,

I’m facing issues with patch management from IBM Maas360 to Windows machine.

While I’m disturbting the security patches to win machine through IBM maas360, always it fails and also unable to find the same patch in end point machine.

My work flow :

  1. installed IBM end point manager at client (end point machine Win 2008 R2 OS)
  2. Downloaded missing security patch and uploaded to >>>Apps>>>Windows packages.(Maas360 console)
  3. given command “Windows security patch /S”
  4. Distributed for all devices.

all the above steps worked, but unfortunately the distributed patch in not installing on end point machine.

Kindly help me to get it done, let me know if any other possibilities to make is worked.

While BigFix does have an integration with MaaS360 it is very specific to the management of mobile devices in the BigFix console.
